We only ship to the lower 48 States
We reserve the right to use other carriers based on location, convenience and best rates.

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Razr Rodz LLC is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.

Each rod shipment is checked for its content for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If you receive a damaged package ask the carrier to note the condition at delivery. You must then email us at info@razrrodz.com to request a return. You will receive an email with the address of where to ship the returned item to.

PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THIS INCLUDES ANY TYPE OF RETURNED ITEM.

Each package and contents are checked before shipping for content. If a customer claims that a product has not been received, you may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. If we determine a product in fact was missing from the package, we will credit your account immediately.

Speedee, FedEx, and other economic options.

Currently we DO NOT ship outside of the United States.

We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.

Razr Rodz LLC offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt on unopened packages. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and can be sold as new.

To proceed with return, please send an email to info@razrrodz.com. Please be sure to provide the original invoice number, digital copy of invoice or receipt, product being returned, and the reason for return. Allow up to 3 to 5 days for processing.
